Valvular Disease Module
The Valvular Disease Module was created by a cardiologist to help health care provider with the data gathering process and clinic note generation as he or she manages patients presenting with valvular disease. It provides a comprehensive yet simple approach to answering all the key questions.
The module walks you through the standard steps including present illness, previous studies, past medical history, medications, allergies, social history, organ system and physical exam, and allows the user to answer all the relevant questions and enter all the information he or she assess to be necessary with a simple touch.
At the end of the data entry, the module provides you with an automated clinic note including the required billing information in a PDF form that can be easily emailed to the referring physician and imported into any electronic medical record system. In addition, the data entered creates a database to the health care provider that allows all types of queries for research and administrative purposes.
